We offer EFT sessions by appointment only to Clients

who submit a request below and proceed with the payment of the Initial Consultation.

Sessions take place exclusively remotely

using WhatsApp, Zoom, telephone or any other videoconferencing softwares.

We offer sessions in English or French, and usually schedule appointments within the

GMT time zone business hours, that is between 9-6pm Monday to Saturday.

Upon request we can arrange for any other time and day at extra cost

according to the Client and Therapist's availability and by prior arrangement.

The Initial Consultation is to be pre-paid at the time of booking

following the submission of the Request Appointment Form.

Following the Initial Consultation, the Therapist and the Client will agree

on a number of hour long slots that the Client wishes to reserve and pay in advance.

​

Those slots can be used as part of sessions booked in advance

that can last between one and three hours at a time,

and therefore use between one and three slots at a time during normal UK business hours,

that is 9-6pm Monday to Saturday GMT time zone.

For example, a Client may wish to book 24 slots and use them during 8 different pre-booked sessions of 3 hours each, while another Client may want to book 8 slots and use them during 8 one hour sessions, and yet another Client may want to book 16 slots and use them in 8 sessions of 2 hours each.

​

Sessions running overtime beyond 15 minutes will be consuming one additional full slot

whether the time value according to the session is a pre-booked, out-of-hour or emergency appointment,

has been completed in full or not.

​

Out-of-hours appointments will require pre-booking and can be arranged according to the Therapist's availability.

However a single that normal entitles the Client to an hour-long therapy session will only entitles the Client to a half-hour therapy session. If an hour out-of-hour session is required, two slots will used instead of one.

Emergency appointments ("here and now if the Therapist is available") can be accommodated according the Therapist is available. However, whether during or out-of-office hours, just like out-of-hours appointments, slots for appointments that are not pre-booked will only entitles the Client to a half-hour therapy session

instead of the normal one hour per slot value.

Sessions that have been booked and cancelled

up to 48 hours prior to the date of the appointment date and time will be rescheduled at no cost.

Sessions that are cancelled within 48 hours prior to the time and date of the appointment may not be refunded and the corresponding slot may be lost, although it could be rescheduled at the discretion of the Therapist.

 

In the event that a Client is not entirely satisfied with the therapy for whatever reason, it is possible to request a a 50% partial refund up to 48 hours prior to any booked session while  50% of the prepaid slots are not refundable.
